**Position: Academic Coordinator**

**Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata**

**Salary - 15000 to 20000**

**Experience - Min 1 years in any office management or coordinator role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update course curriculam in collaboration with the management or faculty.
- Ensure courses are aligned with industry standards and trends.
- Coordinate the scheduling of classes and allocation of resources.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified instructors.
- Facilitate regular faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and course content.
- Provide academic counseling and support to students.
- Address student concerns and grievances related to academic matters.
- Coordinate student assessments, exams, and certification processes.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Prepare and present academic reports to the management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to enhance academic offerings.
- Stay updated with industry developments to incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
- Take care of the stocks of various materials of the organization.
