**1. Curriculum Management**:

- Plan, implement, and monitor the delivery of the 12th-grade curriculum (ISC and CBSE).
- Ensure academic programs align with board guidelines and institutional standards.
- Organize assessments, exams, and remedial programs as needed.

**2. Student Coordination**:

- Monitor student academic performance and identify students needing support.
- Facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, mentorship, and guidance counseling.
- Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities.

**3. Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and provide academic updates.
- Address parent queries and resolve issues efficiently.

**4. Faculty Support & Training**:

- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies.
- Conduct or arrange workshops and training for teachers to enhance instructional delivery.
- Ensure faculty adhere to academic calendars, deadlines, and assessment policies.

**5. Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Prepare academic reports, attendance logs, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling, exams, and classroom logistics.
- Maintain academic records and reports for internal and external audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in academic coordination or teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational software/tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
