**Designation : Franchise Sales Manger**

**Experience : 3 to 5 years (Marketing / B2B/ B2C)**

**Salary : 15k to 20k**
- Oversee the Promotion of Franchise Sale of the Company and generate Leads. Recruit IBC Partner/Referrers for lead generation.
- Meet with Prospects and Client interested in Franchise of company.
- Arrange Visit of the prospects and clients interaction.
- Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies.
- Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.
- Scan the environment to understand competitor's activities, demand-supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
