**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive end-to-end sales of residential or commercial properties.
- Generate leads through multiple channels including brokers, digital marketing, events, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into site visits and closures through effective communication and negotiation.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Ensure all sales documentation, customer agreements, and CRM entries are up to date.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for seamless post-sale processes.
- Organize and participate in property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasting to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in real estate or construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with team management experience.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales analytics.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
