Key job responsibilities - Responsible to check IT/AV assets physical condition to prepare the list of end of life assets. - Responsible to scan all the IT assets monthly wise. - Responsible for IT equipment data wiping following security guidelines weekly basis. - Responsible to segregate the End-of life assets physically in store. - Responsible to audit the End-of-life assets monthly and account all the assets in asset management tool. - Responsible to clear the store space occupied by damaged/EOL assets on monthly or quarterly. - Responsible to collect the required documents from the tool or from vendor for e-waste disposal. - Responsible to get the required approval from stakeholders prior to material clearance. - Responsible to coordinate with vendor to get the required documents prior and post e-waste disposal. - Responsible for vendor coordination physically on site for material pickup following building protocol. - Responsible to support the end user machines windows technical issues when and where required.
