- Hands on experience in Windows.
- Should be capable to complete the task following the standard operating procedure.
- Should have experience in understanding IT equipment’s, peripherals and IT Warehouse.
- Should have experience in e-waste process.
- Should have experience in customs compliance process.
- Should have experience in disposing of asset following Safety guidelines.
- Should have in depth knowledge of GST and e-way bills.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

IT Support Associate II work with Amazon teams to manage the IT equipment and inventory count they need. We treat Amazon employees as our customers and provide timely, accurate and professional support. A successful IT Support Associate II excels in a fast-paced, team environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Key job responsibilities - Responsible to check IT/AV assets physical condition to prepare the list of end of life assets. - Responsible to scan all the IT assets monthly wise. - Responsible for IT equipment data wiping following security guidelines weekly basis. - Responsible to segregate the End-of life assets physically in store. - Responsible to audit the End-of-life assets monthly and account all the assets in asset management tool. - Responsible to clear the store space occupied by damaged/EOL assets on monthly or quarterly. - Responsible to collect the required documents from the tool or from vendor for e-waste disposal. - Responsible to get the required approval from stakeholders prior to material clearance. - Responsible to coordinate with vendor to get the required documents prior and post e-waste disposal. - Responsible for vendor coordination physically on site for material pickup following building protocol. - Responsible to support the end user machines windows technical issues when and where required.
