**Position**: Sales Executive**Department**: Sales and Marketing**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Lead Generation**
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
**2. Client Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.
**3. Product/Service Promotion**
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
**4. Achieving Sales Targets**
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated timeframe.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
**5. Collaboration and Coordination**
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team.
**6. Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and SkillsRequired**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
**Preferred**
- Knowledge of the specific industry in which the company operates (e.g., construction, healthcare, events).
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of leads generated and converted.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Timeliness in reporting and CRM updates.

Pay: ₹9,556.00 - ₹35,564.27 per month
