**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Kolkata market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
- Represent The Greenleaf Co. at industry events and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Bengali languages.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market and an understanding of the eco-friendly and sustainable product landscape is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
