Location: Malda, West Bengal, India
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager – CCD General Trade

About the job:
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing Market Reps.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive primary and secondary sales objectives, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.
- Execute monthly business plans, aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.
- Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion, and market penetration.
- Build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization.
- Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
- 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must)
- Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.
- Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
