Sales & Marketing Executive (LGSF & PEB Solutions)

At Delta Green Structures LLP, we’re redefining modern construction with cutting-edge Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) manufacturing solutions. As we expand our operations in Siliguri, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in LGSF and PEB markets.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, visits, and digital outreach.
- Coordinate between clients and design teams for project design finalisation.
- Prepare presentations, Estimations, and Quotations for client projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Qualification Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the LGSF, PEB, or construction materials industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of LGSF and PEB systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A good network of architects, builders, and developers is a plus.
Salary Range:
Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 (Depending on Skillset and Experience)
*Negotiable for higher salaries depending on experience of core field and knowledge of the subject.
