**Position:** Sales and Marketing Executive

**Location:** Siliguri

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the education/training sector)

  • Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in marketing or business development will be preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

  • Ability to meet monthly admission/sales targets

  • Knowledge of local schools, colleges, and educational institutions is an added advantage

**Responsibilities:**

  • Promote and market educational programs, courses, and training services

  • Conduct visits to schools, colleges, and institutions for outreach and tie-ups

  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective students and parents

  • Counsel students regarding course offerings and assist in the enrollment process

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events to increase admissions

  • Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to achieve branch targets
