SSPL is a fully forward-integrated and comprehensive EPC solutions provider. We deploy world-class technology to design, install and commission benchmark solar projects worldwide.

We are in the business of maximizing energy production from Solar panels. We design and manufacture automatic, self-powered, water less Solar Module cleaners for decentralized, rooftop, and utility scale solar power plants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall goals and objectives.
- Analyse financial data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and assess financial risks facing the organization, such as market volatility, credit risk, or regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and safeguard the company's assets.
- Establish internal controls and procedures to monitor and manage financial risk effectively.
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize financial resources and support growth initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions to maximize shareholder value.
- Negotiate and structure financing agreements with lenders, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial systems.
- Ensure the efficient use of financial resources and the optimization of financial processes and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing strategic guidance and financial expertise to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with other functional areas, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks effectively to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and employees.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or Vice President of Finance.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations.
- Results oriented, strategic thinker and planner.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
