Familiar with all aspects of F&A including, Banking Treasury/Accounting/Costing/Audits/Taxation/GST
- Responsible for the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts of the company
- Drive the company's financial planning / Cash flow management
- Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Inventory management of a manufacturing company
- Supervising a team of 7-8 persons in the department
- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT systems
- Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect taxation statutory requirements
- Manage payroll administration
- Preparation of the Balance Sheet of the company
- Lead tracking of ongoing project costs - budgeted v/s actuals

Key Skills
- Excellent understanding of financial accounting and financial management requirements
- Experience in setting up internal processes, and workflows toward the optimization of resources
- Ability to prioritize and lead a team of 7-8 persons
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player
- Having a high degree of integrity and credibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
