In this role as Associate Vice President - Professional Service, you’ll lead a team of stellar Consultants, Project Managers, and Program Managers to ensure the seamless implementation of our products. Your mission: to lead, inspire, and drive success across our growing India team of 50+ employees, all while being a key player in the US Delivery Function’s senior leadership.What You’ll Do:
- **Champion Customer Success**: Own a portfolio of high-impact customer accounts, driving strategic initiatives and revenue growth.
- **Lead Major Implementations**: Manage multi-year SaaS implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
- **Governance Guru**: Establish robust governance with both internal and client stakeholders.
- **Customer Whisperer**: Build strong customer rapport, boosting satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Project Maestro**: Oversee project schedules, risk management, and budgets, ensuring all contractual commitments are met.
- **Tech Leader**: Provide technical leadership for digital project implementations, guiding cross-functional teams to success.
- **Strategic Innovator**: Offer strategic guidance during implementation phases, ensuring all tools, processes, and staff are primed for success.

**Job Requirement**
- Job Requirements:
- **Experience**: 16+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- **Communication Skills**: Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Engagement**: Extensive experience engaging with customers, with international exposure being a plus.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.
