Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for generating new conversations and appointments for HireRight’s strategic target accounts to expand our footprint across verticals in APAC
**Responsibilities**:
The Inside Sales Representative will:
- Make outbound calls to target Enterprise accounts to secure qualified appointments and intel for sales opportunities
- Use HireRight’s enablement tools for outbound activities, data management and reporting
- Achieve or exceed goals for qualified monthly appointments, quarterly/annual pipeline targets and information gathering
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to plan account goals and align outbound activities to ensure higher win rate for opportunities
- Perform contact research through various channels and collaborate with marketing operations team for support as needed
- Present performance and market intel gathered from outbound outreach
- Participate in regular team meetings for business updates and review
- Become a product expert and learn HireRight’s selling practices
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
- Support other lead generation activities (eg: secure registrations to events, webinars etc)
Qualifications:
- Education: BA or BS and/or equivalent employment experience
- 3-5 minimum years of Inside Sales/field sales experience with Enterprise accounts across APAC
- Proven track record of success in outbound calling to opportunity creation and progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to details and data-driven
- Positive attitude and a drive to win
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
- Technically savvy (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)
