We are looking for a **dynamic, enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate** to join our growing team at our Granite Showroom in Jigani. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or individuals looking to build a career in sales and marketing within the **natural stone and construction materials industry**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and warmth
Follow up with leads and prospects, and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers
Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual buyers
Support showroom promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
Maintain stock levels, and display arrangements
Assist with basic data entry, CRM updates, and sales reporting
Be flexible to assist remotely (on-call) when required

**Requirements**:
Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service
Good communication skills in **English, Kannada, and Hindi** (preferred)
Willingness to learn about granite products and market trends
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google tools)
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a team player
