**Eligibility Criteria**:
Assistant Branch Managers, Minimum 5-6 yrs of managerial & Sales experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company, 30+ yrs of Age)

1.Target achievement of the branch.

2.Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.

3.Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.

4. Maintaining punctuality, Discipline and high level of Morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.

5. Cost control

Documents Required at the time of interview:

- Updated Resume + Work Experience Certificates + Zerox Educational Documents + Valid ID & Permanent Address proof + 2 Passport size Photographs

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Branch operational activities
Addressing the customers, solving their queries
Lobby management
Gold checking to disburse the loans
Cash handling
Documentations
Cross selling of other financial products
Promotional activities
Customer follow-up calls etc.
