**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Junior Accounts Executive** who is detail-oriented and reliable, with hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing day-to-day financial operations for our real estate division.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers in **Tally Prime**:

- Manage **invoicing, vendor payments**, and **bank reconciliations**:

- Handle **GST & TDS filings**, payments, and monthly reconciliations
- Track **expenses, accruals, and fund flows** across departments
- Prepare **monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements**:

- Assist in **cash flow planning** and **budget monitoring**:

- Coordinate with **auditors, consultants, and banks** for audits and compliance
- Follow up on **collections** and maintain receivable/payable records
- Ensure all **vouchers, entries, and documents** are up to date and properly filed

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **MS Excel**:

- Good knowledge of **GST, TDS**, and basic **income tax** processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work **independently** with accuracy and accountability
