Junior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant who has a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain purchase bills and sales entries in accounting software.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Manage and record expense entries accurately.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and clarifications.
- Assist in basic GST and TDS workings as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Required
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks or similar)
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
