About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Junior
Accounts Executive
to manage accounting and financial operations for a digital agency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintaining books, ensuring compliance, and managing day-to-day financial coordination across business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate
    books of accounts
    and ledgers in
    Tally Prime
  • Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage GST and TDS filings
    , payments, and monthly reconciliations
  • Track
    expenses, accruals, and fund flows
    across divisions
  • Prepare
    monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
  • Support cash flow planning
    and budget monitoring
  • Liaise with
    auditors, consultants, and banks
    for statutory and audit requirements
  • Conduct
    collections follow-up
    and maintain records of receivables and payables
  • Ensure all documentation, vouchers, and entries are updated and organised.

Skills & Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
    preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience
    handling full-cycle accounting
  • Proficiency in
    Tally Prime
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and
    basic compliance tools
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax
    processes
  • Strong organisational, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and accountability
