- Proficient in creating detailed working drawings based on specifications, covering all construction aspects of buildings.
- Experience in preparing working, sales, or municipal drawings.
- Familiarity with PREDCR/online portals and offline approval procedures.
- Skilled in coordinating with clients, architects, site engineers, contractors, project managers, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team of professionals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
