**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Draftsman** to prepare detailed technical drawings for our interior projects. Join our team to **translate design concepts into precise, professional drawings and documentation** that guide construction and fabrication.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in **AutoCAD & Interior Design** or a related field
- **3-5 years** of professional experience in drafting as a joinery draftsman
- Strong understanding of **technical drawing standards**:

- Portfolio demonstrating **accurate technical drawings and documentation**:

- **Expert proficiency** in AutoCAD and technical drawing standards
- **Proficiency** in SketchUp and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of **fixation details and material specifications**:

- Strong attention to **detail and accuracy** in technical detailing
- Ability to **read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **joinery detailed drawings** for interior projects
- Prepare detailed **floor plans, elevations, and sections**:

- Create **working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings**:

- Develop **furniture layouts, electrical plans, and detail drawings**:

- Coordinate with **designers and architects** to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
- Maintain **drawing standards** and ensure compliance with new materials
- Revise drawings based on **design changes and site conditions**:

- Assist in **quantity take-offs and material specifications**

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
