**Job Title**: Architectural Draftsman
**Organisation**: Atul Patel & Architecture
**Location**: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **municipal approval drawings** in compliance with relevant building regulations and authority requirements.
- Create accurate **working drawings** for execution at site.
- Develop architectural layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details as per project needs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
- Make revisions to drawings as per client or authority feedback.
- Maintain and organise project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **Architectural Draftsman** (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
- Strong knowledge of **municipal drawing requirements** and **working drawings**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural designs.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or relevant field preferred.
