Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Job
Summary: We are seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be
responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings and blueprints for
residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working closely with
architects and engineers to transform designs into technical plans.



Key
Responsibilities:



Create detailed architectural drawings, plans,
sections, elevations, and layouts based on designs provided by architects.
Modify drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance
with local building codes and regulations.
Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations as needed.
Assist in creating construction documents and tender
packages.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for
integration of multidisciplinary drawings.
Maintain a library of templates, details, and reference
drawings.
Visit project sites to collect measurements and verify
existing conditions when necessary.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of drawings
before submission.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural
Drafting, or related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Architectural
Draftsman.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other
design software.
Familiar with local building codes, standards, and
construction methods.
Strong attention to detail with excellent
organizational skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred
Skills:



Knowledge of BIM processes and tools.
Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion,
V-Ray).
Understanding of sustainable and green building
practices.

Work
Environment:



Office-based with occasional site visits.
Collaborative work with architects, engineers, and
designers.
