- Experience in any WORKING / SALE or MUNICIPAL drawing making.
- Experience of working with PREDCR / ONLINE Portal and OFFLINE approval procedures.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Architect, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers & team members.
- Leadership skills and ability to work well with a team of other professionals.
- Organisational & project management skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

5+ years of experience in architecture
