**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in accordance with design intent and industry standards.
- Review and interpret building specifications, architectural plans, and construction documents.
- Draft basic electrical layouts and beam framing drawings based on design and structural requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, precise, and well-detailed for execution.
- Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to incorporate revisions and resolve any design conflicts.
- Modify and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **ZWCAD**and other drafting software (e.g., **Revit, SketchUp** **- if applicable**).
- Strong understanding of building construction techniques, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to prepare and interpret electrical and structural framing drawings.
- Good knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
