Job Title: Civil Draftsman

Job Overview: A Civil Draftsman produces detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for civil engineering projects. They collaborate with engineers and architects to design and draft plans for structures, including buildings, highways, drainage systems, and other infrastructure projects. The draftsman ensures that designs are compliant with all regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rebar -Cad, Cads-RC etc.).

Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise technical drawings.

Create plans for structures like roads, bridges, drainage systems, and residential or commercial buildings.

Revise drawings based on feedback or new information, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Perform site visits when necessary to gather data or verify design specifications.

Maintain organized records of all drawings, documents, and revisions.

Provide support during the design and construction phases, resolving issues related to drawings.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards.

Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices.

Good communication skills to work with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GIS software or other civil engineering design tools.

Experience with 3D modeling or BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Prior experience in civil drafting or a related field.

Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional site visits.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
