We are an established architecture firm at Fort, Mumbai looking for a **Civil Architect Draftsman** with strong technical knowledge and experience in handling working drawings, coordination, and site visits for **high-rise residential, commerical projects**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of detailed **working drawings** and construction documents.
- Coordination with clients, consultants.
- Preparing architectural drawings, centerline, layouts, and detailing for high-rise residential projects.
- Supporting the senior architects and project teams with accurate drafting work.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Draftsmanship.
- **6+ years of relevant experience** in architectural drafting, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**:

- Strong understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage coordination efficiently.
