Position - Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a right-brained Architectural Draftsman to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in Residential Architecture from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Experienced.
- Smart and Multitasking.

Quality / Skill:

- Dtaftsman having an experience.
- He/she should be well versed about rules and Standards.
- Making detailed working drawings as per specifications, covering all the aspects of constructions of the building.
- Experience in any WORKING / SALE or MUNICIPAL drawing making.
- Experience of working with PREDCR / ONLINE Portal and OFFLINE approval procedures.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Architect, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project

Managers & team members.
- Leadership skills and ability to work well with a team of other professionals.
- Organisational & project management skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD
