Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a **Sales Executive** for Styflowne Finance Services, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and acquiring new clients in your designated area. You will engage in fieldwork to identify potential customers, build relationships, and promote our financial products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for sales growth.
2. Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Presenting and promoting Styflowne Finance Services' products and services to prospective clients.
5. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate sales activities, streamline processes, and optimize client experience.
8. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to travel within the designated area for client meetings and fieldwork.
