As per the QMS we have set,checking day to day records and reports of PC, QC to see any deviations and action plan to eliminate defects and scope of process and machine improvements and perform data analysis.
Re-setting process parameters for running production if any deviations in properties/runnability.
Calling and meeting our suppliers for the complaints raised by us for further improvements in next supply
Overseeing the P.D /sampling activities, to see and advise, developed samples are reproducable as per our machine/process scope. Approve the right product or reject the defective.
Ensure the organization's quality management system confirms to customers and ISO 9001. Carrying out internal auditing/ follow up audits and elimination of NCs.
Incoming, inprocess, finished goods approvals as per our specifications, manually/ SAP.
Preparation / revisions of SOPs of all the departments and ensure it's following including the preventive and periodical maintenance check list given.
Overall the, process control and quality control /Product development functions running smoothly
Review of customer requirements and if required then modify and implement process accordingly
Communicating with customers regarding quality of products and implementing the process according to customer's product requirements. Also custmer meeting to understand their concerns and getting alingned.
Continual product quality up gradation through optimization of process parameters and optimization of machine and method for better quality and efficiency. Looking for opporchunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
Reduction of PQ and wastage through troubleshooting major defects
Developing subordinates by enhancing their knowledge about process and products
Training of new joinees for the process quality systems and procedures

Day to day inprocess/F.G approvals and.M -Tuft Carpet sample approvals as per the customer requirements in terms of Bulk/coverage, shade
