Job Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Operating and maintaining a range of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to construct, repair, and maintain conductors and related equipment.
- Performing quality checks on finished products and identifying defects, errors, or inconsistencies in the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with equipment and machinery.
- Collaborating with other members of the manufacturing team to develop and implement new processes and procedures for improving productivity, efficiency, and safety.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing protective gear, following lockout/tagout procedures, and reporting any accidents or incidents immediately.
- Conducting regular preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Assisting with training and mentoring of new team members, as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in a conductors manufacturing industry.
- ITI Fitter certification or equivalent technical degree or diploma.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Experience operating and maintaining a range of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or errors in the manufacturing process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations, including wearing protective gear and following lockout/tagout procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
