Job Description

  • Ensure safe working condition of all employees. If any unsafe activity observed immediately contact with production head and safety head.
  • To run all machines as per daily production plan (Quality

of the product should be as per requirement).

  • To Achieve daily production target.
  • To ensure wastage it should not exceed from permissible limit.
  • Batch loss of program should be calculated within 2 hours after completion of production of that program.
  • To prepare production report and ensure all figure are correct.
  • To make all required raw materials are available in the vicinity of the mixer and ensure uses of correct grade of raw material (PP, HDPE, TPE etc.)
  • Run all machines as per standard process parameter for any deviation discuss with Production head and take the decision.
  • Proper allocation of the manpower in his shift, Optimum utilization of manpower.
  • Breakdown in maintenance should inform immediately to production head and maintenance team.
  • To develop machine history regarding maintenance done on the machine.
  • Active involvement in preventive maintenance, discuss with production head, maintenance head and generate the requirements of preventive maintenance.
  • Involvement in breakdown maintenance analysis.
  • Maintain documentation of production department as per IATF requirement.
  • To follow the changeover checklist during the changeover and ensure change over should done within specified period.
  • Proper handling of non- confirming production.
  • Optimum utilization of consumable resources.
  • Effective inter departmental coordination, communication.
  • Active participation of improvement and Kaizen activity.
  • Ensure finished good quantity are as per production plan.
  • Ensuring the 5s Activity in Shop Floor
