**RESPONSIBILITY: -**

**As a Sr GM / AVP Operation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and implement initiatives to optimize processes across various departments. Your role will involve collaborating with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.**

Lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality assurance, safety compliance, and workforce management, across silicone, rubber manufacturing processes.

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, minimize costs, and achieve operational excellence in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to silicone, rubber and pharmaceutical manufacturing, implementing robust quality control measures to maintain product integrity and meet customer specifications.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant operations, implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to coordinate production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Lead and mentor a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, analyzing cost data, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and maximizing profitability while maintaining quality and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Rubber/Polymer/ Engineering Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in plant management or operations leadership roles within the silicone, rubber-manufacturing industries. ( Excluding tyre industries )

In-depth knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies specific to silicone, rubber production.

Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing and relevant industry standards.

Proven track record of successfully leading plant operations, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build collaborative relationships, and drive change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance and achieve business objectives.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost analysis, and financial reporting.


Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
