**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer-focused company.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
