**Job Title**: Performance Marketer - Google Ads

We are looking for a skilled **Google Ads Performance Marketer** to join our dynamic team and drive successful campaigns for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Develop strategies to improve CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) while driving conversion growth.
- Implement A/B testing for landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance.

**Conversion Tracking Expertise**:

- Set up and manage both basic and dynamic conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4.
- Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs, such as conversions, cost-per-lead, and ROI.

**Strategic Planning & Execution**:

- Develop customized strategies for clients based on their business goals, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

**Creative & Audience Experimentation**:

- Experiment with different creative angles, audience segmentation, and targeting techniques to maximize campaign results.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives.

**Tools Proficiency**:

- Work proficiently with digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, GTM, and Google Ads library.
- Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage reporting and present campaign insights.

**Client Communication**:

- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Set realistic goals for clients and outline clear roadmaps to achieve them.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and delegate tasks to junior staff when needed.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to improve overall performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation fundamentals and conversion tracking.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage client expectations while delivering consistent performance improvements.
- Familiarity with key digital marketing tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, and GTM.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing large budgets and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and reporting techniques.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
