**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting performance targets for campaigns.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and inform decisions, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and other marketing professionals, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in performance marketing, with **2 years** of experience in managing large budgets and improving return on investment (ROI).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and a strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Heroify

**Must-Have**:

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
