As a Performance Marketer at Propex Infra, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through effective digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to achieve our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Campaign Execution and Optimization**:

- Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics regularly to ensure alignment with business goals.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and customer experience.
- Implement CRO tactics such as landing page optimization, A/B testing, and UX improvements to increase conversion rates and lead generation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate marketing activities and achieve desired outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
