Job Title - Performance Marketing Manager Location - Noida We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Propacity . In this role, you will drive digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for the real estate sector, focusing on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will have a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities ● Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. ● Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. ● Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging. ● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. ● Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. ● Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. ● Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes. Skills and Qualities: ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. ● Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. ● Experience of working in the Real Estate Industry. ● Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices. ● Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. ● Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
