**Job Title**: Facebook Ads Specialist - D2C Focus
**Location**: Lucknow (Work from Office)

We are seeking an experienced **Facebook Ads Specialist** to join our team, focusing on driving sales and lead generation for D2C clients across various sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facebook Ads Campaign Management**:
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on **sales** and **lead generation** for D2C brands.
- Develop high-ROI campaigns focused on driving sales through Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining an optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and improving overall campaign efficiency.
**Conversion Tracking & Shopify Integration**:
- Set up advanced conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel, CAPI (Conversion API), and Shopify tracking tools.
- Ensure accurate tracking of purchases, revenue, and key metrics across e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Implement basic and dynamic conversion tracking for D2C and lead-gen businesses.
**D2C Campaign Strategy**:
- Create tailored strategies for D2C clients that focus on driving sales growth, increasing average order value (AOV), and reducing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Work with creative teams to develop ad visuals and copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Experiment with audience segmentation, creative angles, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
**Lead Generation Focus**:
- Design lead generation campaigns for clients looking to acquire high-quality leads through Facebook Ads.
- Set up, manage, and optimize lead form ads and lead funnels, ensuring the quality of leads is high and aligned with client goals.
**Tools & Analytics**:
- Utilize tools like **Facebook Ads Manager**, **Shopify**, **SEMRush**, and **Google Analytics 4** to manage and monitor campaigns.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights using Google Sheets, Excel, and Facebook Ads reporting tools.
**Client Communication & Reporting**:
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations.
- Set realistic goals for clients and develop a roadmap to achieve them while maintaining consistent communication.
**Team Collaboration & Leadership**:
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels.
- Share insights and strategies with the broader team and delegate tasks to junior team members when required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of proven experience running successful Facebook Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on **D2C e-commerce** and **lead generation**.
- Hands-on experience with **Shopify** and e-commerce tracking for conversion optimization.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, and sales-driven Facebook Ads strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and SEMRush.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to report and explain results to clients clearly.
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency handling multiple D2C clients.
- Knowledge of other paid media platforms like Google Ads.
- Expertise in creative testing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization for sales.
- Strong proficiency in reporting and presenting data through Google Sheets and Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
