**Responsibilities of Back-End Support Executive - Solar Company**
- **Morning Reporting**:

- Prepare and share daily status reports each morning with the management team, including updates on pending tasks, new leads, and follow-ups.
- **Social Media Promotions**:

- Coordinate and schedule promotional posts for Facebook and Instagram as per the marketing plan.
- Respond to inquiries/messages received on social media platforms and forward relevant leads to the sales team.
- **Team Coordination & Communication**:

- Facilitate communication and coordination between field staff and management.
- Organize and monitor daily calling activities of the tele-calling team.
- Ensure alignment between teams to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- **Quotation Management**:

- Create and send quotations to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a log of all quotations issued and track their status.
- **Quotation Follow-Up**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding shared quotations.
- Update the sales team and management about client feedback and readiness for conversion.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:

- Regularly follow up with customers for due and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile payment records.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Request and evaluate quotes from vendors for required materials and services.
- Negotiate terms where necessary and coordinate order placement and delivery timelines.
- **DISCOM Liaison Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the DISCOM liaison team for timely submissions and approvals.
- Track progress and ensure completion of documentation and compliance tasks.
- **I&C Team Task Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with the Installation and Commissioning (I&C) team regarding task completion and project updates.
- Log progress and escalate any issues or delays to the management.
- **Real-Time Data Entry & Updates**:

- Ensure that all relevant data (customer status, quotations, payments, etc.) are updated in the system on a real-time basis.
- Maintain a clean and structured database for easy reference and reporting.
- **Evening Reporting**:

- Share an end-of-day report with management summarizing the day’s work, progress made, challenges faced, and plan for the next day.
- **Work From Office (Management Support Role)**:

- This is an in-office role requiring close coordination with various departments and proactive support to the management team to ensure seamless backend operations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
