**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Backend Support Executive** with knowledge of meters, sub-meters, HVAC systems, and RS-485 communication protocols. The role involves providing **remote technical support** to field electricians, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **remote technical assistance** to electricians during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understand and guide field teams on **meter and sub-meter configurations**, **HVAC connections**, and **RS-485 wiring setups**.
- Coordinate with site technicians and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and support activities.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
- Support the operations team in backend activities and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical engineers when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- **Knowledge of meter and sub-meter installation and configuration.**:

- **Understanding of HVAC systems and RS-485 communication protocols.**:

- Ability to **remotely guide and support field electricians**.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical backend support (freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **energy meters**, **BMS systems**, and **serial communication protocols**.
- Hands-on experience in handling technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM tools for reporting and tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
