Job Summary:
As a Backend Executive - Data Mining, you will be responsible for researching, collecting, and managing accurate data to support internal and client operations. This role requires attention to detail, research skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a process-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct web-based research to extract information from academic portals, business directories, and government or private data sources.

2) Perform data mining to identify prospective leads, institutions, or customer information as per project requirements.

3) Organize and clean data to remove errors and ensure uniformity.

4) Update internal tools, CRM systems, or Excel databases with verified information. Support the academic counselling or sales team with accurate, timely data. Coordinate with other departments to deliver data in the required format. Generate reports, summaries, or client-ready sheets based on assigned tasks. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data quality standards.

**Required Skills**:
2) Good internet research and data handling skills.

3) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4) Familiarity with ITES/BPO processes is an added advantage.

5) Good understanding of customer data, educational institutes, and academic workflows (preferred).

6) Ability to work independently and follow process-based instructions.

7) Basic communication skills in English (written and reading comprehension).

Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0-2 years in backend operations, data entry, or research.

Freshers with strong data skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.
