Description

**Job Overview**:
As a Retail/Institutional Order Collecting Staff member, your primary responsibility is to efficiently and accurately collect and process orders from retail customers and institutional clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Collection**:
Collect and record orders from retail customers and institutional clients through various channels.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of order information, including product details, quantities, and delivery preferences.

**Customer Interaction**:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the Central team, sales team, depot staff, and other relevant departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.

Collaborate with institutional clients to understand their specific ordering requirements and ensure seamless order processing.

**Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer orders, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference.

Generate reports on order trends, customer preferences, and any issues encountered in the order collection process.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay informed about the company's product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers with their orders.

Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation, additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role in Footwear segment or in FMCG industry. (1-2 years)
- Need to have two wheeler with license for order taking related travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail and institutional sales processes is advantageous.
- Proficient in using order management systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

**Working Conditions**:
The role is primarily market based interaction, requirement assessment & Order taking with retailers & Institutions for School shoes/Shoes. Role requires travel to meet retailer & Intuitions on regular basis. Starting of the work in Tamilnadu market initially and further, will extend to Karnataka & Kerala markets
