**Core Roles and Responsibilities1. Invoice and Billing Management**
- Prepare, generate, and send invoices to clients or customers.
- Verify billing data, including product prices, services provided, and other charges.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Handle recurring billing cycles for subscription-based services.

**2. Payment Tracking and Reconciliation**
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received.
- Reconcile discrepancies in billing and resolve issues promptly.

**3. Customer Communication**
- Address customer queries related to billing, payments, and account statements.
- Provide clarification and support for disputed or delayed payments.
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing disputes efficiently.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare financial reports, including revenue summaries and aging reports for accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of billing transactions.
- Assist in preparing data for audits and compliance reviews.

**5. Coordination with Internal Teams**
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment processing and ledger updates.
- Update CRM or ERP systems with accurate billing details.

**6. Compliance and Accuracy**
- Ensure adherence to taxation rules, including GST/VAT or other applicable taxes.
- Review and update billing procedures as per regulatory changes.
- Minimize errors by conducting periodic checks of billing systems and processes.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of billing software and financial tools.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Billing: 3 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
