**Responsibilities**
- **Handle Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming customer calls to provide information, resolve issues, and offer support.
- **Make Outbound Calls**: Initiate outgoing calls to new and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and market research.
- **Provide Product & Service Information**: Clearly explain products, services, and company offerings to customers.
- **Resolve Complaints**: Professionally address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- **Maintain Records**: Accurately log call details and update customer records in a CRM system.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and service processes.
- **Follow Procedures**: Adhere to company policies, calling scripts, and compliance regulations.
**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and professional interactions.
- **Customer Focus**:A customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong skills in identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**:Basic computer skills and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- **Multitasking**:The ability to manage high call volumes and switch between tasks effectively.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial.
