**About the Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as **Customer Calling Associates**. The role involves handling customer calls (inbound/outbound), providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, promotions, and service-related updates.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of calling/telecalling/customer support experience (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
- Good verbal communication skills in **English & Hindi**.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
