Introduction:
The Salesforce Dev Lead is the key player between Tech BA’s & the development team, helping rationalise requirements & interpreting into Solution design, both infrastructure/integrations/workflow. There is also an element of implementation particularly around Salesforce coding, Data models & Entitlement models

What will you be doing?
- Lead on the Design and Tech enablement for Corp CRM solutions i.e. Role hierarchy, ICB Strategic Design, Lending Platform and various other Corp priorities (CAP/Prompts/Marketing Cloud/One trust/Data Insights etc)
- Capture the design view of ‘As-Is’ Corp CRM including System to system integration with downstream services vs the design view of the To-be Corp CRM including future demand being discussed as part of MTP (3 year business CRM strategy).
- Lead/participate in review boards concerning development and architecture of target conceptual solution designs for Salesforce
- Provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in shaping the portfolio of technology solutions to be provided to the business
- Create Salesforce solution designs for new Bank solutions & Provide Advice/guidance to the shared space on E1 for overlapping initiatives between Corp & other business areas
- Developing clear functional requirement and technical specifications when custom development is required
- Support the analysis of CRM information system needs through the organization including product evaluations, recommendations for system selection, implementation, enhancements, and support
- Define and optimize process to help drive improvements to meet business needs in Salesforce
- Build and manage dashboards, views, and report
- Design security module
- Develop custom components, triggers, and pages
- Audit and resolve data quality issues; make recommendations to prevent issues from recurring in the future

What we’re looking for:

- Eight or more years of experience in Salesforce Development
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II highly preferred
- Five or more years of experience in the Lightning Aura Component
- Five or more years of experience developing Classes, Controllers and Triggers
- Five or more years of experience with Salesforce Batch Apex
- Five or more years of experience with Rest API integration
- Five or more years of experience with Lightning Service Console
- Five or more years of experience in Lightning - specifically working with Lightning Web Components highly preferred
- Five or more years of experience with Web Services via Service Bus or equivalent with MuleSoft
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, relational database principles, and operating systems
- Experience in design and development of enterprise systems
- Execution experience in the Agile delivery model
- Experience in working with various project stakeholder at various levels in a matrix organization
- Minimum 4 Year course in Engineering preferable in computer science or 3 Year course in Master in Computer Application from reputed college.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience in developing/ modelling and maintaining relational database management systems
- Expertise in use and troubleshooting of a variety of Operating Systems is a plus
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to make unanticipated changes to production deliverables as required
