
Corporate Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate commercial real estate (office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, industrial properties, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, rental rates, and investment opportunities.
- Present commercial properties to potential clients and conduct site visits.
- Negotiate sales transactions to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on zoning laws, market conditions, and real estate regulations.
- Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain and update a CRM database of clients, leads, and transactions.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong knowledge of corporate real estate markets, leasing agreements, and property investments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and real estate tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid real estate license (if required in the region).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with large corporate clients, MNCs, and investors.
- Understanding of financial modeling and lease structuring.
- Knowledge of property valuation and investment analysis.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
