Job Title: Business Process Executive

Location: Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad

Job Timing: 12pm to 10pm or 2pm to 11pm

**Job Description**:
A leading company located in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Process Specialist to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (**freshers can apply**).

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
