**For Back office Executive**:
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending mails and ordering office supplies.

Assisting and coordinating with the sales team and front office team.

Assisting with inventory control.

Ready to handle pressure at work place.

Responsible for handling and managing team work.

**Requirements**:
Must have knowledge of Basic Computers, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Internet etc,.

Excellent Organizational skills and must be familiar with market research techniques.

Good Knowledge of English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**For Sales Executive**:
**Government Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients at various levels, including PSUs, Central Government, and State Government officers, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and caters to the specific needs of government clients in India.

**Sales Target Achievement**: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them. Regularly analyse sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Order Management**: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely processing, accurate customization (if applicable), and adherence to delivery timelines.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:
